I have done some digging regarding this game in the past, and the most I could really come up with is that direct links to the game (which are the same ones that archive.org did not archive, and are dead links at this point) were once hosted on miispace.blogspot.com. I see that there is an image request for this game yet I can't find a single image or video about this game. Just sites that say it is a lost game from Nintendo Arcade, end of story.
