The Yoshi Train was a form a Yoshi could become in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island by touching a Morph Bubble. It allowed the Yoshis to walk on the wall (while in train form) however the train couldn't just walk anywhere, it had to stay on the traintrack. Train Bandits, enemies painted on the walls came to life to attack the train.
In Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, in Baby Park the train appears in the background.
The Yoshi Train is the only Yoshi transformation to not reappear in Yoshi's Island DS.
However, it does reappear in Mario Super Sluggers, on the Yoshi Park field, during the day. At night, it is replaced by a Wiggler Train, suggesting Wigglers can use Morph Bubbles.
