Sparkle Water is a beverage created in the Seaside Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. The water is manufactured from the carbonated ocean of the kingdom, and blended within the Glass Tower in the center of Bubblaine via the four fountains located around the kingdom. It is said to possess a "deep, elegant flavor" and bring good fortune, happiness, and even romance to those who drink it.[1]
During the events of the game, some of the water is stolen by Bowser and the Broodals to toast Peach's forced marriage to him, and is kept in a large, tall glass aboard his airship. When Mario first arrives in Bubblaine, the fountains are corked up, and the rest of the Sparkle Water is being drained by Mollusque-Lanceur, forcing Mario to defeat him, get the fountains running again, and restore peace.
