Skeletons are enemies in the Game Boy version of Donkey Kong. They are composed of only a single human skull, despite their name suggesting otherwise. They are first encountered in Stage 5-2. Skeletons crawl on the ground from side to side and hurl bones at Mario if he approaches them. Touching a Skeleton or getting hit by its bones results in Mario losing a life. Skeletons, as well as their bone projectiles, can be crushed with a hammer.

Bones fly through the wall

A skeleton monster, as the name suggests. Only the skulls crawl around on the floor and sometimes throw bones. These bones fly through walls, so it is best to stay away from them.
