The level starts off with Mario entering a pipe, which leads him into an underground section. Here, there is a Brick Block roof over a Hard Block staircase. Past this staircase is a set of five ? Blocks, leftmost containing a Magic Mushroom or Fire Flower, over two Little Goombas. After these is a Hard Block structure, which slightly hints towards a secret Magic Mushroom or Fire Flower Brick Block over the highest Hard Block. Following this are two green Koopa Troopas under a Brick Block structure in an "L" shape with a few coins on it.
