Proper nouns[edit]
Hello, please remember to write proper nouns (like character names) capitalised and not all lowercase (e.g. "mario" and "bowser" should be "Mario" and "Bowser"). Mario JC 04:51, February 5, 2022 (EST)
Also, please don't end sentences with a period in the middle of another sentence on the article. If you're connecting them, use a comma. Mario JC 05:06, February 5, 2022 (EST)
RE: Minor edits[edit]
Who is "we"? I'm aware of what minor edits are; the reason why most of my edits are marked as minor is because they are minor, minor word or sentence changes and the like (and if there are some larger ones marked as such, I probably accidentally hit the checkbox before saving out of force of habit), and not because "nobody else does it" for undos. Also keep in mind that different users would have different interpretations of what is considered "minor", and functions like rollbacks and moves are automatically marked as minor. Don't talk to others pretending to be someone of higher authority, it's incredibly rude and condescending. Mario JC 06:30, May 18, 2024 (EDT)
- Hello Mario jc, I'm sorry for what we just mentioned to you about minor edits, I also referred to "we" as "I", and I also really do not want to get banned from editing this Wiki. C11P (talk • contributions) 03:02, May 19, 2024 (EDT)
RE: User page links[edit]
Use {{Color-link}}. Mario JC 11:27, May 25, 2024 (EDT)
RE: Wiki slowing down[edit]
It's been fine for me. Is it just the wiki that's slow, and is it just certain pages on the wiki, and if so, which ones? If it's other websites as well, it's probably your Internet. Mario JC 09:37, June 4, 2024 (EDT)
- It was just this website, it happened to every page in the Wiki, but other websites loaded perfectly fine, but I did have a great Internet connection, it might have just been a slow connection. C11P (talk • contributions) 02:29, June 5, 2024 (EDT)
RE: Lowercase[edit]
Yes it is, hence why the article is currently titled "Ghost House" and not "Ghost house" (for example, most recently in Super Mario Maker 2). And doesn't this contradict what you said here? Mario JC 07:48, June 29, 2024 (EDT)
- Yeah, I did ask about the formatting then, but there were several instances in the Wiki where Ghost House was written in lowercase, note that there might be an argument on which capitalization is better and it might be a matter of personal taste like to me it is right now, but it used to be lowercase but it is now capital letters. RE: Level maps[edit]
You don't need to ask; we do host level maps and if you know some levels are missing maps, go ahead. Mario JC 07:18, July 8, 2024 (EDT)
RE: Nintendo Switch[edit]
You don't need to ask this, just search the term and you'll see it's a disambiguation page. Mario JC 08:38, July 31, 2024 (EDT)
RE: New Super Luigi U[edit]
It's because it was protected back in May 2013 while it was still upcoming (which is what we usually do for upcoming games to prevent false info and vandalism from anonymous users), but the protection hasn't been removed since. I've removed it now. Mario JC 01:10, August 9, 2024 (EDT)
