In Paper Mario, it can be bought from Merlow at Shooting Star Summit for three Star Pieces, and in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it can be bought from Dazzle in the Rogueport Underground for two Star Pieces. It can be sold for 37 coins.
