==Attacks==
Among their attacks is trying to fall on one of the heroes. They first rotate several times in place, and then teleport above one of the bros. before falling; if it was right side up before teleporting, it falls on [[Mario]]; if it will fall on [[Luigi]], it will be upside down right before it warps up. If countered, it can fall several times (on the same target), and each time it is countered with a [[hammer]], it takes damage.
*Teleports at the top of the screen, and the Mario Bros. must hit it while it falls down. Bounces back up, and the Mario Bros. must hit until it stops.
*Shoots a laser. When it comes out of the top of its planet, it shoots it [[Mario]]. At the bottom, it shoots out [[Luigi]].
*Spawns eight red and green Piranha Plants from outer Pipes, then spins around rapidly. The red plants are fired individually at Mario, the green at Luigi. The Bros. must dodge the plants by [[Jump|Jumping]].

Piranha Planets are pipe balls in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, teeming with miniature Piranha Plants equipped with space suits and phasers. They are found in the Star Shrine.

Among their attacks is trying to fall on one of the heroes.
