Highway 56 is a location which appears in Game & Wario. It is a road in a desert, containing a blue sign with the number 56, and a sign depicting a farmer and several animals. It appears in the story for the minigame Taxi. During the story, Dribble & Spitz are driving down the highway, both bored due to the lack of people. They notice a person on the side of the road, before he is sucked away by a UFO. They decide to follow the UFO, driving on the road.
Both the road and the alien presence are references to conspiracy theories about Area 51.
