Mayor Dour, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Twilighters[1] are the doll-like inhabitants of Twilight Town which can be found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They resemble dolls with shadows covering most of their faces; the player can even see fluff sticking out of Mayor Dour's head. However, one Twilighter, Goombella, and the local crows identify them as "humans." Before the events of the game, the Twilighters were attacked by Doopliss, who transforms them into pigs every time the Creepy Steeple bell rings.
