Braking News is a downloadable microgame in WarioWare: D.I.Y. and WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase. It was released on June 10, 2009, in Japan; May 10, 2010, in North America; and June 11, 2010, in Europe. The name of this microgame is a pun on "breaking news."

Gameplay[edit]

Wario is seen driving along in the Wario Car towards some water. The player must tap the screen with the correct timing (which is around where the line of bushes in the background end to the 10m mark) to stop the car 10m or less from the water. If the player does this, the game is won. If the player stops too far away or falls in the water, the game is lost.
