Blooey, known to his friends as the "White Torpedo" is a feisty Blooper who joins Luigi on his quest to rescue Princess Eclair in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Mario first meets them in the plaza in Rogueport, where Luigi details their escapades in Rumblebump Volcano.
