Smile and Nod is one of Young Cricket & Master Mantis's microgames in WarioWare: Smooth Moves.

Gameplay

The player will be on a game show in the form of their Mii and will be asked a random question. If it is correct, the player has to nod their head; otherwise, they should not do anything. Many of the questions used are based on the Wii's system time.

• 1st level difficulty: These questions will be asked:
  • "Is your name <player's name/random word>?"
  • "Is <player's name> male/female?"
  • "Are you using <form>?"
  • "Is <player's name> left/right-handed?"
• 2nd level difficulty: These questions will be asked:
  • "Are we in <month>?;"
  • "Is the year 20XX?"
  • "Is today <month> <day>?;"
  • "Is today <day of the week>?"
  • "Is your name <player's name/random word>?"
  • "Is <player's name> male/female?"
  • "Are you using <form>?"
  • "Is <player's name> left/right-handed?"
• 3rd level difficulty: These questions will be asked:
  • "Is your name <player's name/random word>?"
  • "Is #am/pm # hours from now?"
  • "In # years, will it be 20XX?"
  • "Is # years in the past/future 20XX?"
  • "Is # months in the past/future <month>?"
  • "Is # days in the past/future day #?"
  • "Is <player's name> male/female?"
