As per the small discussion above, this article would probably work better if it was just merged with Toad's Turnpike since Toad City is just a small thing added to the track itself just to make it more detailed.

- Baby Luigi (talk) Does Wario Pharmacy have its own article? Do the attractions in Baby Park have their own article? No? Then this article doesn't need to exist.
