Penpen are a species of penguins featured in Donkey Kong for the Game Boy. They inhabit the Iceberg, and two are seen together in Stage 7-3. Penpen behave similarly to previous enemies Aqua Man and Miira, as they slowly walk in a single direction, turning around upon reaching a ledge or margin. Penpen are capable of harming Mario if he comes into contact with their front or back sides, but can be safely ridden from atop their heads. While in this stance, it is possible for Mario to pick up a Penpen and toss it at other enemies.

Two penguins who are good friends
Two penguins in a water mountain. They walk in the same direction while flapping their wings. Touching them from the side makes you miss, but you can get on top of them. They are so relaxed that you don't have to knock them down.
