Kleever's Kiln is the boss level of Crocodile Cauldron, the second world of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. To reach the third world, Krem Quay, the Kongs must defeat Kleever, a giant sword.

Overview
Concept drawings show that Squawks would originally fight Kleever, and his Animal Barrel would have been hidden in an area behind the starting point. This was changed to Squawks fighting another boss instead, King Zing, in the boss level King Zing Sting.
The battle takes place in a volcano. The arena consists of two ledges with a large lava pit in the middle. There are two Banana Bunch Coins floating high above the right side of the arena.

At the start of the battle, Kleever, wielded by and arm made of fire, rises from the lava and starts throwing fireballs. After he throws three fireballs, a Kannonball will spawn. Throwing it at Kleever will damage him and cause several hooks to spawn over the lava. The Kongs must use the hooks to cross the lava while avoiding Kleever and his fireballs. When they reach the other side, there will be another Kannonball there to hit Kleever with. Upon doing so, the hooks will reappear, and the Kongs must cross the lava again to find a third Kannonball. After the third hit, Kleever will sink into the lava, then rise back out of it, this time without the fiery arm, and start floating around. After it tries to stab the Kongs, a large number of hooks will appear over the lava, allowing them to cross it again and find another Kannonball. Hitting Kleever will cause him to turn red and slash at the Kongs for a few seconds. Once he calms down, another Kannonball will appear. Kleever shatters after taking six hits, and the Kongs get a Kremkoin for defeating him.

Kleever moves around faster and starts by horizontally charging himself at Diddy and Dixie. Kleever can be dodged by jumping over him. Many rows of hooks drop above the pool of lava, allowing Diddy and Dixie to cross over to the right side. Kleever uses his charging attack again, and after having another kannonball thrown at it, Kleever begins to violently slash for a few seconds. After six hits, Kleever is defeated, his blade shattered into pieces as he spins around for a few seconds before falling into the lava. Diddy and Dixie are rewarded with a Kremkoin and can continue on to Krem Quay.
