Herb T.
Herb T. is a green Toad introduced in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He owns a small bar in Rogueport Underground where people get together and share information. Herb T.'s name is a pun on "herbal tea", with "Herb" itself being an actual name as well.
