Made some changes to the Dr. Luigi section.

New trivia section contradicts information consolidated into Physical Description section

After the previous trivia section was consolidated into the main article body, a new trivia section was created, and the single statement in it contradicts the older information.

The older information states that the Tetris & Dr. Mario instruction manual infers that the Red Virus is female. The new information claims that the Magenta Virus in Dr. Luigi is the first and only Virus to be female so far.

Do any official Japanese-language publications state the Red Virus's true gender?

Fixed it, thanks for pointing it out. Also, the article cites the Tetris/Dr. Mario manual for that, though I can't say with any certainty that it's the same in English as it is in Japanese. (shrug) Lord Grammaticus (talk) 18:52, 7 January 2014 (EST)

hi.

do you know that multicode thing where you can diguise a article's name? example: dr luigi links to the page dr luigi (game) that would help.--Toad the Mushroom (talk)

Trivia

I forgot to put a summary when I reverted the edit, but the reason is very clear. The Virus trophy belongs to the Dr. Mario series, which falls under other.--EldritchdraaksSig1.pngEldritchdraaksSig2.png 19:50, 21 January 2017 (EST)

Last I've checked, in Super Smash Bros. Melee, the Viruses trophy was placed alongside the Super Mario Bros. series trophies. As such, much like with Dr. Mario, the Viruses are part of the Super Mario Bros. series, but for some odd reason, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U places the Viruses trophy in the Other series. Red virus gender?

I swear to God I read from some official source (I think it was a Japanese manual for one of the Dr. Mario games?) a few years back that the red/fever virus was female. I wanna say it was from some 90s-era source or maybe even Dr. Mario-Kun, but it's been way too long. Nowadays they're referred to as male more often than not, but this has been bugging me for over a week and if anyone wants to help me find that source, I'd be so grateful.
