Mario Teaches Typing is a edutainment game published by Nintendo. It is a game that teaches the player how to type, via the use of Mario series elements. It is one of the few Mario games on the PC.

The player must type in sequence of what is displayed on the computer's screen; when the player types correctly, he or she enables the game's story to advance. By typing the letters or words displayed, the player allows a wide variety of actions to be performed.

The game also features an alternate game mode, where the player will type a letter that is a symbol for a word.

Trivia

It was chosen by ScrewAttack as the tenth worst Mario game ever.[1]
