These seem to simply be unnamed extensions of Bogmire's will, and only appear in his battle as nuisances. Nintendo Power's guide frequently refers to them as 'shadowy spirits' (no capitals) in the section on bogmire (Page 46). The chapter overview, refers to them as something different, however, as 'Shadowy spectres'. (32)
  • "Shadowy spectres will attack you in Bogmire's area." (32)
  • "Your leap into the glow of the gravestone will transport you to an arena that is populated by shadowy spirits." (46)
  • "Pull in the shadowy spirits and send their shadows flying towards Bogmire." (46)
The gallery description (Page 83) does not really refer to them at all. The instruction manual says nothing. Trig - 11:42, October 30, 2019 (EDT)
