Okay. For some reason I cannot put the word P$ychopath (with an "s" instead of a "$") in an article. I can't even name the article that word. What is going on here? --Son of Suns 11:44, 11 June 2006 (EDT)
- I tried to move the page, but it won't go. The site is still a bit screwed up, all we can do is wait for Steve to fix'er up. -- Ghost Jam 12:05, 11 June 2006 (EDT)
Why is there a "$" in article title? And how is that correct, because in SMRPG it has no "$", Wayoshi?--Spike
- I am basing it off of Son of Suns's earlier move. I trust his judgment. Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 23:40, 4 October 2006 (EDT)
- The "$" was simply a replacement for the "s". After Mario Wiki was uploaded to a new server, for some reason the word "Psychopath" could not be used as the article's title. This was eventually fixed and the article was moved. I deleted the "$" redirects as they are not needed. And I believe the earlier move was not mine, but Superchao's. -- Son of Suns
New name[edit]
- Considering that this will be renamed to "Thought Peek" in the Switch version, should we add a move template to this page? PrincessPeachFan (talk) 13:11, October 9, 2023 (EDT)
- A recent proposal of mine passed which decided not to move articles to new names until the game is released. Nightwicked Bowser 13:25, October 9, 2023 (EDT)
Switched?[edit]
Is (or was - because updates) there a glitch in the Switch version that gives enemies the wrong thought? I noticed here an instance of Reacher seemingly giving Straw Head's thought. LinkTheLefty (talk) 21:04, January 2, 2024 (EST)
- According to the game's article, this was fixed in an update. Nightwicked Bowser 21:31, January 2, 2024 (EST)
- It's known trivia that Hobgoblin and Reacher were swapped in English and Japanese prior to an update. Everything else was correct AFAIK. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 21:32, January 2, 2024 (EST)
