Punch Up is a minigame in World 3 in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. The player has to step on ←, ↑, or → on the Dance Pad to have Mario or Luigi knock out as many Koopa Troopas as he can within 30 seconds by using the controls of the punching machine. Knocking out multiple Koopa Troopas at once can earn him more points. If Mario or Luigi hits a Toad, he will not be able to move for a short time.

- "Those pesky Koopa Troopas are back. Use your machine to punch them out of the way!"
- How to Play: "Press ←, ↑, or → to punch as many Koopa Troopas as you can! Knocking out multiple Koopa Troopas at once will earn more points. But if you hit Toad by accident, you won't be able to move for a while! Be careful!"
