Spearhead is one of Wario-Man's microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase.

Gameplay

The game involves Wario playing a game with a spear and a target near him as people watch in the background. Wario will face the spear up and down and the player must tap the A Button button while Wario faces the target. If the spear hits the target, the player wins the game. However, if the player presses the A Button button while Wario is facing up or down too much, the spear doesn't hit the target and the player loses.
