The other day I noticed that you uploaded a bunch of images, mostly of the [[Brothers Bear]]. Unfortunately the server had to be reset to erase a bunch of vandalism, and as a result, your images are no longer in the Wiki database, which is a shame, as they were really great additions to the articles. I was wondering if you could re-upload them; I can almost guarantee they won't be lost this time. Please and thank you! - {{User:Walkazo/sig}} 18:43, 1 May 2009 (EDT)
:Great, thanks! I'm just glad you still had the images - I would've cleared them out by now, though my computer has very little memory, so I'm stuck scrapping what most people would save. Anyway, you should get e-mails if you put down your valid e-mail address in your Preferences (fourth link from the top-right-hand-side of the screen) and check the appropriate boxes. I've set my preferences so that I get e-mails when people edit my talk page, though it doesn't always work, for some reason. The Wiki is always in need of new images; I don't know any off the top of my head, but we have a category for pages that need images [[:Category:Articles that need an image|here]], which you could try browsing. If you're talking about ''Donkey Kong'' series images specifically, I can almost guarantee anything you have, we need (we have a very few ''DK''-editing Users, unfortunately). Hello there, I see that you have been uploading some "rare" artwork from various games such as Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Story. Hey Spike, apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate any existing articles which cover the enemies you described. Assuming that you are scanning the artworks yourself, it doesn't happen to name them anywhere in the source, does it? If not, I encourage you to upload the artworks anyway, and I'll try to get some collaborative discussion going in order to help identify said enemies.
:No problem. I'm also an artwork enthusiast, and I can understand how time consuming removing a background can be. Especially if the outline itself is against a dark page background. The combined process of digitizing and perfecting [http://www.pidgi.net/wiki/File:Princess_Shokora_-_Wario_Land_4.png this artwork] took almost a month's work on my lunch breaks (only because the background was very dark, and I could barely make the outlines so I had to manually erase most of it while retaining the most likely true outline). Anyways, good luck with 'em!
