When she says "Don't put yous on an article", that means you shouldn't put the word "you" in nay mainspace articles. Instead, write something like "the player" (example: Don't say "You must do this", instead write "The player must do this"). Not criticizing or that such I see what you're trying to do with the lists of recipes, good luck on that, doesn't seem to be a bad idea, although I can see people wouldn't use it because it makes the page a bit thicker than it should, that and after clicking the link they'll see a picture of the ingredient.
