Bluey the Walrus is a large blue walrus located on Timber's Island in Diddy Kong Racing and its remake. He also wears a tuxedo piece on his neck and has a Canadian accent. Bluey ended up being hypnotized by Wizpig and guards one of the pieces of Wizpig's amulet.
