I was just wondering if we could split this page into the one dedicated to the original Wii U title and the one dedicated to the Nintendo Switch port.
Proposer: Teh Other (talk)
Deadline: December 31, 2022, 23:59 GMT
Support
- Teh Other (talk) Per proposal
- Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) - If it should have a separate page, it can have a separate gallery. Not enough images for a gallery page? Then put them in a "gallery" section on said game's page. I prefer to avoid mingling these if we can help it. It's why I was so gung-ho about keeping SM3DAS images from being intermixed with the originals'.
- Somethingone (talk) Per Doc.
Oppose
- Waluigi Time (talk) In its current state, there's not enough images specifically for the Switch version that it needs a split.
- Hewer (talk) Per Waluigi Time and Starry Windy in the comments.
- Swallow (talk) Per all
- Killer Moth (talk) I've got to agree with Waluigi Time and Starry Windy on this, if we do this then would we be doing the same for other games such as the Mario and Sonic series.
- Koopa con Carne (talk) Placed a supporting vote and removed it a split second later. I agree with Doc that the gallery related to the Switch version should be moved to the port's own page, but the proposal has to be rephrased with that goal in mind as the current amount of content won't suffice for a page of its own. (Per rule 14, you got about 5 hours left to do that from the moment I cast this vote.)
Comments
I wanted to take a note regarding this proposal, because other gallery pages for games with similar title names, like several Mario & Sonic titles and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, didn't have separate pages while being released for multiple systems. If the split happens to Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, do we have to do the same with these pages as well? Starry Windy (talk)
