To clear this level, the player headed toward the very end of the level, right after the section with the green orbs.  There the player found a "P" block.  The player then grabbed the "P" block and ran all the way to the end of the level, skipping the normal door.  The player then came to a door outline made of coins.  After the player collected the two coins on the left side and then used the "P" block, a hidden blue door appeared there that took the player to the end of the level.

The player then grabbed the "P" block and ran all the way to the end of the level, skipping the normal door. The player then came to a door outline made of coins. After the player collected the two coins on the left side and then used the "P" block, a hidden blue door appeared there that took the player to the end of the level.
