The Tiny Titan is a small kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii, its also known as the Rally Romper in Europe and Australia. It is a kart that can only be used by small characters. It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally. The Tiny Titan is unlocked by beating 1 expert staff ghost.
