:::I'd personally go with Ground Urchin as the article title because these names were technically released simultaneously, so I don't think it really falls into the usual "recent" naming - it's a closer translation to the original name, and these Urchins aren't exactly "hot" as they can be easily burned up. That said, I think ''Super Mario Galaxy 2'' info should still use Hot Urchin. [[User:LinkTheLefty|LinkTheLefty]] ([[User talk:LinkTheLefty|talk]]) 13:11, August 13, 2022 (EDT) |

Since the English Mario Portal uses two names for this enemy, which should we go by? "Ground Urchin" is used for the Super Mario Galaxy appearance, whereas "Hot Urchin" is used for the Super Mario Galaxy 2 appearance. (T|C) 12:57, August 13, 2022 (EDT)
- I'd go with Hot Urchin since it's used in reference to the more recent game (assuming we're not considering 3D All-Stars). -- Too Bad! Waluigi Time! 13:00, August 13, 2022 (EDT)
