The Cave People are native humans of Dinosaur Land and appear in almost all episodes of the Super Mario World animated series. The Cave People are generally rather short and stubby in appearance, often having long hair. In addition, Cave People primarily speak typical caveman gibberish, though there are some that are able to speak intelligibly, albeit in incomplete sentences. The only notable Cave Person is Oogtar, whose role is similar to that of Toad from The Super Mario Bros.
