Soak the Sun,[1] also called Sunburned,[2] is the bonus tenth episode of Pianta Village in Super Mario Sunshine. It can be accessed by replaying Fluff Festival Coin Hunt.

Layout

While replaying said episode, Mario has to climb the tall tree in the center of the village and stand on the platform at the top. Entering first-person view and looking at the sun, the player can spray the sun, which will reveal a Shine Sprite image. Fully revealing the image will reward the player with an actual Shine Sprite.

If one uses skilled jumps to reach the top of the tree before Episode 8, the Shine Sprite image will not appear.
