Pumping Iron is one of WarioWatch's microgames in WarioWare: Twisted! and returns as one of Wario's Twist League microgames in WarioWare Gold.

Gameplay

The game's purpose is to perform a shoulder exercise using two dumbbells. If done so, the game is won. In WarioWare Gold, Wario is the exerciser.

The player starts off the game with 6 seconds.

WarioWare: Twisted!

  • 1st level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 3 times.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 5 times.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 7 times.

WarioWare Gold

  • 1st level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 3 times.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 4 times.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player must lift the dumbbells 5 times.
