Area 5-2 is the second course of Sandstorm Steps and the thirty-eighth course overall in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!.

The level features three Mini Marios.

Layout[edit]

Both Mini Marios begin at the top left on a platform on the upper level, with the exit door on the middle left. In order to reach it, they must be guided via Red Girders and Blue Ladders to some Hammers to take out some Fireballs and reach the door.

M-Token[edit]

The M-Token is located on the bottom left, atop a platform just below the exit door. To collect it, a Mini Mario must simply follow a Blue Ladder from the lowest level and a Red Girder platform to it.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is located on the bottom left, atop a platform on the lowest level guarded by Fireballs. A Mini Mario must grab Hammers, then head down to the lowest level, using Red Girder platforms to allow them to defeat all of the Fireballs so that they can reach the collectible.

Goal Score[edit]

In order to earn a trophy, the player must score 15200 points.

Plus Mode[edit]

In Plus Mode, the Mini Peach must be guided to the exit door first, followed by the Mini Donkey Kong and then the Mini Pauline.

Enemies[edit]
