Charge is a badge in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It can be found in The Great Tree, after performing a ground pound (only possibly after obtaining the Super Boots) on a panel to the east of the first Jabbi hive, then platforming across until the badge is within reach with the help of Koops, or rarely stolen from Hyper Goombas, Hyper Paragoombas, and Hyper Clefts. If Mario equips the badge, he gains a new ability called Charge, which appears alongside his Tactics. Using the move costs one FP and one of Mario's turn, but during the following turn, all of his attacks are increased in power by two. The badge also works in conjunction with copies of itself, increasing the amount of FP required to use it while also increased the boost in strength. The move has a variant called Charge P that works exclusively for Mario's partner.
