Template:Minigame-infobox Eye Exam is one of 9-Volt and 18-Volt's microgames in Game & Wario. It returns in WarioWare: D.I.Y. as one of Wario Bug's microgames.
Gameplay
The player is shown four circles, each one with a groove pointing at a different cardinal direction. The eye doctor will point at a circle, and the player must indicate the direction its groove is pointing to by pressing the corresponding key on the 
. Each stage requires the player to answer twice to win. In WarioWare: D.I.Y. the doctor is replaced by Dr. Wario and the nurse is now Penny Crygor
