Sticking Point

Sticking Point is one of Kat and Ana's microgames in WarioWare Gold.

Gameplay

The player must choose a sticker that matches the friend's reply. If the player chooses a wrong sticker (which is met with the friend replying with "???") or time runs out, the game is lost.

• 1st level difficulty: The player has to choose from two stickers.
• 2nd level difficulty: The player has to choose from three stickers.
• 3rd level difficulty: The player has to choose from four stickers.

Possible quotes before the player win the microgame:

• "I PASSED!/It's my birthday!" (reply with the celebrating sticker)
• "It's bedtime./Feeling sleepy." (reply with the sleeping sticker)
• "I'm properly miffed!/Today was a sad day." (reply with the sad sticker)
• "Let's chat!/Could I give you a call sometime?" (reply with the talking sticker)
• "What do you want to eat today?/What kind of food do you like?" (reply with the eating sticker)
• "Let's go to karaoke./You've got a great voice." (reply with the singing sticker)
• "I'm sweating buckets./It sure is hot today." (reply with a hot sticker)

Possible quotes when the player wins the microgame:

• "I'll call you right away./Ok, let's call." (if the player replies with the talking sticker when the quote is "Let's chat!")
• "Sushi, huh?/ME TOO!" (if the player replies with the eating sticker when the quote is "What do you want to eat today?")
• "What should we sing first?/Sing me another." (if the player replies with the singing sticker when the quote is "Let's go to karaoke.")
• "See you tomorrow./G'night." (if the player replies with the sleeping sticker when the quote is "It's bedtime.")
• "It's not me—it's you./Feeling blue..." (if the player replies with the sad sticker when the quote is "I'm properly miffed!")
• "Right?! It's a sauna out there./Ha. I hope I don't melt." (if the player replies with the hot sticker when the quote is "I'm sweating buckets.")
• "Thanks!/Thanks, pal!" (if the player replies with the celebrating sticker when the quote is "I PASSED!")
