Forever Forest is a short distance to the west of Toad Town. Because of some magic, the forest can only be traversed by following the path nearest to a difference in the woods. These differences can be anything from what flowers do when touched to glowing eyes in a tree. Farley is the only sentient, living resident of the woods. Near the end of the woods is Boo's Mansion, where Bow and her servants live. There is also a sentient picture frame. Continuing past the mansion, one will find Gusty Gulch, home of Tubba Blubba's Castle and a small Boo village.
Mario first encountered this site in Paper Mario, when he needed to rescue the Skolar, the third Star Spirit. He was under Tubba Blubba's control.
