Template:Minigame-infobox Sick and Twisted is a 4-Player minigame that is found in Mario Party 8. The name of this minigame comes from "sick and twisted," which is said about a person who is exceedingly mean and mad.
Introduction
The four players are seen jumping across two rotating circular platforms and onto a stationary square platform, with the rotating platforms lowering down as the players jump off them.
Gameplay
The four players must reach the end of an obstacle course consisting of multiple rotating platforms, while avoiding Bullet Bills being fired at them. The platforms rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise and vary in color and size: Yellow ones are smallest, pink ones are larger, and blue ones are largest. Each platform features white arrows that indicate the direction of its rotation. As the rotating platforms go offscreen, they lower to the ground. Players can jump on their opponents to stun them temporarily. Players who are hit by Bullet Bills, fall off the platforms and touch the ground, or stay on platforms that lower are eliminated. The player(s) who reach(es) the end of the obstacle course win(s). If all players are eliminated, the minigame ends in a tie.
Ending
The winning character(s) celebrate(s) victory on the last platform.
