The Yellow Toad from Super Mario Galaxy and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker may be Ala-Gold from New Super Mario Bros. U, Mario Party 9, etc.
Maybe we should merge this page into Ala-Gold (Yellow Toad (character)) page as well as merge Blue Toad from Galaxy into Bucken-Berry (Blue Toad (character))
I'm pretty sure there's been a proposal on this before. Also, please don't use "Ala-Gold" and "Bucken-Berry" - they reek of gossip. [[User:LinkTheLefty|LinkTheLefty]] ([[User talk:LinkTheLefty|talk]]) 11:15, 22 December 2014 (EST)
==Odyssey==
Is there literally ''any'' proof these are the same individual? The ''Odyssey'' one acts nothing like the previous version, and is only yellow due to that being the color of regular coins, with the alleged "Mailtoad" only being purple because of Regional Coins, as these are just two Crazy Cap workers. The Starshroom's importance with this is questionable, as Captain Toad is found everywhere, and as "Archivist" Toadette shows, the membership of the Toad Brigade is not constant. Granted, I'm still in the Snow Kingdom myself, so if there's later proof, I won't have seen that yet. The one in the Lost Kingdom, at the very least, is reasonable to assume. Does the Mushroom Kingdom one also use the Starshroom? Because there's lots of generic Toads of various colors native to there.... if there is yellow toad, blue toad, and purple toad, then why isn't there green toad. Green toad is an official character in the Toad Brigade. KS3 (talk)

Always the same Toad?[edit]
