History
Paper Mario: Sticker Star
Flashy Boots first appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and are referred to as Flashy Jumps. They can be found in Hither Thither Hill and Rumble Volcano. In battle, They have a three star attack power and it's attack range is Ground, Low Altitude, and Air. They can be placed in the Sticker Museum as #4, along with other Boots.
Paper Mario: The Origami King
Flashy Boots also appear in Paper Mario: The Origami King, they can first be found in Scorching Sandpaper Desert, and later can be bought in Toad Town for 1,000 coins. In battle, they deal a maximum of twenty seven damage.
