Template:Kart-infobox The 8-Bit Star is a High-End glider in Mario Kart Tour. It first appeared in the Super Mario Kart Tour, and similar to that of the 8-Bit Jumping Mario, it is a recreation of the Super Star's sprite from Super Mario Bros. with an 8-bit connecting pole. As evidenced by its Spanish and Portuguese names, it also looks similar to the Starchute. Striking other drivers with Lightning grants more points than usual upon using this glider. Starting from the Snow Tour, the 8-Bit Star is available in regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.
