Gameplay
The minigame involves the two teams using a saw to cut through a log. The first team to completely cut the wood is the winner. The wider the team saws, the faster the wood can be cut, but there is a limit on how far the saw can go. If the limit is reached, the buttons on the screen shake. In the Mario Party 2 version, one player presses A and the other presses B. However, in Mario Party: The Top 100 . both players press the same button.

- Game Rules – "Teammates must cooperate to cut the raw log. If you both pull at the same time, the saw won't budge."
