In "Red Coins in a Bottle" there are small openings in the block. In one there is a door. If you go to the door, adjust the camera with the Y button so you can see inside the block, now look. A small book is sitting there. What in the world is it for? Sometimes with the "Mini Mario" Action Replay thing, you can go through walls in some places. Maybe you could go through the door and into the room. Another way you could get in is by....I'll have to tell you a story. In Bianco Hills, Episode 1, I climbed to the Hillside to the door to the freaky world and adjusted the camera. I somehow got stuck behind the door. I did not go into the level and could not get out.
