Super Mario Bros. is a Game & Watch version of Super Mario Bros.. The Game & Watch version of Super Mario Bros. is actually quite different from the actual Super Mario Bros. and only contains Mario as playable.
The story is the same: King Koopa has kidnapped Princess Toadstool once again and Mario is off to save her. However the difference is that at the end of every level, Mario will find the princess without having to fight a boss.
