:In the context of the book, it seems like Wario nicknamed the enemy himself! Spiky is indeed used as a proper noun twice, so I'd support renaming the page over the romanised Japanese name. | |||

Here is a relevant portion of page 37 of Craig Wessel's Warioland 4 book, titled "Underground Goodies" (in context, within Palm Tree Paradise):
It was dark inside the doorway, but I could see a ladder ahead. At the top of the ladder was a strange turtle with spikes on its shell. It almost ran over me, but since I’m in top physical shape, I jumped right over it. “Take that, Spiky!” I shouted as I climbed another ladder.

- In the context of the book, it seems like Wario nicknamed the enemy himself! Spiky is indeed used as a proper noun twice, so I'd support renaming the page over the romanised Japanese name.
