The goal of the game is to rotate the accessory to the right place of the woman's head.

1st level difficulty: Earmuffs have to be placed on her ears. In Gold, sometimes kittens have to be placed under her cheeks. Sparkles will come out of her eyes.
2nd level difficulty: A hand has to be placed under her chin. In Gold, sometimes a bubble pipe has to be placed in her mouth. Sparkles will come out of her nostrils.
3rd level difficulty: A mohawk must be placed at the top of head. In Gold, sometimes an ice cream has to be placed near her mouth, while other times, a chick has to be placed back in the nest on her head. Sparkles will come out of her mouth.

In the Japanese version of this microgame, the player must place a chonmage topknot on the woman's head. In the localization versions, it was changed to a mohawk.
