5-Volt is 9-Volt's mother, she never appeared in the WarioWare games. Although she is never actually seen in any games, she is mentioned a few times by her son. She has a pet Fronk which was given the name Shaggy. She is assumed to be human like her son. She was somewhat seen for the first time in WarioWare: Touched!, as a sillouette at the end of 9-Volt's stage.
