It is a variation of the Prancer with a white and purple body, pink interior, silver exhaust pipes, and white and gold mechanical horses in the front. Like the original Prancer, the emblem is located on the sides of the kart. However, unlike the Prancer's appearance in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the horses do not move. It is the first variation of a vehicle that is not currently available in the game, the second being the Dasher II. Performing Jump Boosts grants more points when using this kart. It uses the Warship's tires.
The vehicle is exclusively obtainable during the Ice Tour and is in the first week's spotlight, alongside Peach (Wintertime) and the Blizzard Parasol.
