Template:Minigame-infobox Burying the Hatchet is one of Wario-Man's microgames in WarioWare: Twisted! and one of Wario Deluxe's microgames in WarioWare Gold.
Gameplay
The objective is to have Wario's hand match up with Mario's, hence "burying the hatchet" to generous applause.
WarioWare: Twisted!
If failed, the picture between Wario and Mario will turn black and white and split apart.
- 1st level difficulty: Mario's hand will always remain in a set position.
- 2nd level difficulty: Mario's hand will be in one area, but suddenly change to another.
- 3rd level difficulty: Mario's hand will slowly move up and down.
WarioWare Gold
If failed, Wario goes past Mario’s hand, looking back as he does so.
- 1st level difficulty: Mario's hand will always remain in a set position.
- 2nd level difficulty: Mario’s hand will move up and down, but as Wario gets closer, the hand stops.
- 3rd level difficulty: Mario's hand will slowly move up and down.
